Viggo Johansen (1851 –1935) was a Danish painter and member of the group of Skagen Painters.

He was specialized in figure painting and was inspired by Claude Monet and Christian Krohg.

He painted scenes of domestic family life, landscapes and portraits.

He is remembered particularly for the subdued lighting effects of his interiors and in 1889 he won a Gold Medal at Exposition Universelle in Paris.
